Contingency

RiskMitigation
Hacker News flag / negative commentsHave 3 maintainers ready to engage constructively. Do not argue.
Low engagement on Product HuntReschedule. Cross-post to Reddit same day.
Media doesn’t biteFollow up with personalized pitches. Offer exclusives.
Server overloadStatic site (Astro). GitHub handles repo traffic. Not a real risk.
Negative feedback about “outsiders building in Nepal”Acknowledge respectfully. Point to local leadership, community representatives, and full local ownership of deployment decisions.
